Democrats Abroad New Zealand is the local country committee of Democrats Abroad, the international arm of the Democratic National Committee. We help Americans living in New Zealand exercise their right to vote in federal elections held in their home states.
Besides helping American New Zealanders participate in the democratic process back home, we also help our fellow New Zealanders understand the American political process. We do this by maintaining a news and opinion digest, organising events during the electoral cycle, and answering media enquiries.
